There's no online application form. BTMC membership starts with a real interaction — at a ride, in the Support Group, or on Discord. Show up, ride with us, and let the process take its course.
If you're ready to submit an application to pursue patched membership, say so directly to the Recruiter or any officer. They'll walk you through what comes next.

Eligibility: SL account 30+ days old · 18+ years of age · Not a member of another MC within the past 30 days. BTMC does not patch over from other clubs. These requirements are non-negotiable.
